Busy, Busy Weekend

Another busy but awesome weekend!  Friday night ran errands and then Bernie got our new DVD hooked up so we could watch instant Netflix.  We watched a couple of episodes of Grey's Anatomy and then a Netflix movie.  Saturday Steph came over with the two kids.  Josh was working at the lab.  She is a good Mother of Two - she can do an assembly line of diaper changes!

We went to Humboldt to visit Grandma Ideker.  She was thrilled to have us visit.

Papa explained all about the Grandfather Clock to Hadley.
 Posed for pictures.
 Hadley enjoyed Grandma's walker.
Came back to Sioux Falls and had Burger King for lunch.  Bernie had brought the tree in to decorate and Corbin and I hung out on the couch while Steph, Bernie and Hadley worked.
Hadley brought out her baby to play with.
And crawled on the couch with Corbin for a few pictures.

 Hug and kiss time.
Hadley put the star on top of the tree for Papa.
Corbin stretched out on the floor to nap and Hadley ran and got her blankets she uses in the Pack 'N Play and covered him up.
When the tree was done, we moved him under the twinkling lights and he slept well.

Josh came over after work and after a good supper of Chicken Cordon Bleu casserole (thank you Pinterest!) we went to the Western Mall to see the light and music show.  Hadley loved it and did lots of dancing.  Josh took some great videos and posted them on YouTube.  Sunday after reading the paper, I got started on baking.  Made two batches of bing bars and a batch of cookies - aren't they pretty?
Steph came over without the kids (Josh is home taking care of them) and we went to The Overtime for the 49ers football game.  Steph was very excited to have her first Margarita in 9 months!
After the game (and a nice supper) we came back to our house.  Steph headed home on slippery roads (the Interstate is closed north and west of Sioux Falls due to blowing snow and icy roads) and Bernie, Becca and I watched Tangled - an awesome Disney movie.  Where did the weekend go?  It went way too fast but was packed with great family time.
