Pajama Party!

It has become an Ideker tradition for the birthday person to pick their favorite place to eat and we go out as a family for supper to celebrate their birthday. Our next birthday is Steph's. She thought and thought about where she wanted to go and could not come up with anywhere. Now, being 8 1/2 months pregnant, we can kind of understand that. There is no room for very much food. So she decided she wanted to have a Pajama Party! We decided to have her birthday celebration early, just in case Hadley decides to come. We all showed up at Steph & Josh's house Saturday, bearing Papa Murphy's Pizza, beer, and a Cold Stone Creamery Cake! Travis really needed a beer. His car died on the way to our house and he had to have it towed to Garretson and came back with his Mom's car. Here is the birthday card I made her. This is the Cold Stone Cake she ordered (Birthday Cake Remix, of course) and I picked up.
She is our ice cream girl and she was thrilled with the cake and couldn't wait to dig in.
Josh cut and served with Steph supervising!

Travis and Becca enjoyed the cake, too!

A surprise picture on my camera!

Here are all the party goers in their pajama finery!

It was a great idea and we had a great time finishing off the evening with a fun round of Redneck Life. Happy early Birthday Steph!

Thanks for the birthday party! So nice and relaxing that we didn't have to get dressed up and go any where. Great food and even greater company. We will have two March birthday to celebrate next year. I am ok with having to share... for the rest of my life... :)
