Snack on the Steps

We came home early from camping at Big Sioux on Tuesday, September 4.  We got a call from the Hughes inviting us to their evening snack on the front steps.  We hurried over because we can't say no to an invitation like that!  Some of our best memories with the girls were eating ice cream snacks on the front steps.

 Hadley's hair was so cute.  The daycare girls had done it.

 Hadley got a little riding in.

 Then we toured the garden.  Hadley walked all around it and jabbered away, just like she was giving us a tour and explaing all about it!  So cute!

 How can you resist picking up a little charmer like that?

It was a fun ending to our Labor Day weekend.
