Awesome Mother's Day

I had a wonderful Mother's Day again this year. Being a Mom is my favorite job! Our day started out with Becca taking a walk down memory lane. She had been wondering about what toys I had kept from her childhood. We dug out the tubs and boxes from the basement and she went through them. She spread lots of her favorite things all over the living room. She had a wonderful time going through everything.
She was especially excited to see all her Polly Pockets. She loved them when she was little and still does! We took a break from digging through memories and went to see Grandma Hall. She was unable to join us for supper because she was going to Don & Karen's, so we spent some time with her. Then back to our house to get ready for our company. Bernie took a picture of me and my beautiful daughters.

They gave me "Mommy Bucks" so I can buy something I want. I think I see that ATG gun in my near future.....

Soon Josh, Grandma Ideker, Jerry and Mary came over. We visited for awhile and then ate grilled brats, hot dogs, hamburgers, and cheesy potatoes. Becca had to head back to Vermillion early because she had things going on. After supper, Blanche, Jerry and Mary left for home and Josh, Steph, Bernie and I played cards.
It was a wonderful day and I was so thrilled to spend it with my wonderful family! Love you!
