Harlem Globetrotters

The Harlem Globetrotters came to town and Josh was able to get discounted tickets for the game through Sanford. Dan & Mary took Steph & Josh out for supper for Steph's birthday celebration and then we met them at the game. It was lots of fun watching them perform and play basketball. Becca drove in from Vermillion to join us.

Globie is the team mascot and he performed before the game.

And performed as Beyonce.

The Globetrotters are very talented basketball players and perform quite well.

Watching them dunk the ball was quite an athletic feat.

They made fun of the shortest player on the other team, calling him "baby".

The other team mascots were quite talented.

We had a very good time watching the show. There was more performance than actual basketball, but the kids in the crowd loved it. Thanks Josh for getting the tickets!
