I'm Back!

I know - I have used that title way too many times! It has been a very busy month and I just never took the time to load pictures and blog. Well, since it is a blizzard outside, our Christmas Festivities are cancelled, and I have time on my hands, I thought I would attempt to catch up. Steph & Becca have been bugging me to do so, so I guess they like to read my blog. So here goes!


On November 20 and 23, we had the new linoleum and carpet laid in the basement. It looks awesome! We are very pleased. While it only took us a few days to empty the basement, we wanted to take our time and go through everything, throw and clean what we put back in. We got some new shelving for my scrapbook area and ordered a new table for me to use. We moved my desk that I had used for scrapbooking to where the old computer desk had been so Bernie could use it for his two laptops. Our desktop will be used by the TV for internet TV watching. We moved furniture in and went through all the things we had. Took most of a month, but we are moved back in and it looks great downstairs. Of course, the first area I got settled was my scrapbooking/card making area. I had felt so lost without all my things to use! Now we are back to living in the basement and enjoying our new digs!
