Gourmet Cheese 101

Took an interesting class tonight at HyVee with a co-worker at the VA who also was a classmate of mine at Lincoln during High School - Nancy Parr. She had seen it advertised at HyVee and commented on it at work and we decided to go together. We tried about 12 different types of cheeses and "pairings" with them (crackers, almonds, etc). It was really fun and I learned alot about cheese. The gentleman who gave the class was very knowledgeable and has even been to Europe to study cheese, as well as some of the cheese factrories in Wisconsin. I have always been a big cheese lover and now I feel very well informed! Can't wait to browse the cheese counter at HyVee.
