Life With The Idekers: Las Vegas Day 5 (August 12)

Bernie and I were up before everyone again, but a little later than usual due to our interupted night. We had coffee on the veranda outside Sin City Brewing Company.

Back to the hotel when the the girls called that they were up. Magan and Becca were at the pool and we joined them for some leisure time. Josh and Steph slept in. Steph wasn't feeling well, so took the day off in bed to rest.

We decided to see the Auto Museum in our hotel. It was really good. There were many beautiful cars with interesting information about them at every exhibit.

Josh gambled while Becca, Magan, Bernie and I headed to the Garden Bar at the Flamingo. We ordered those drinks you always hear about and tried them: Whiskey Sour, Tequila Sunrise, Fuzzy Navel and Bloody Mary. We tried them all! What a fun thing to do with a new 21 year old!

Back to the Imperial Palace for gambling. Magan sat down at the Quick Roulette table by a very nice lady who taught her how to play. Magan loved it and wished she had started playing Roulette earlier in the week. Steph was feeling better now, so we got her to join us for supper at the Emperor's Buffet.

The buffet was awesome! So many different foods to try. There was something for everyone and everyone loved it!

Especially Steph, who found the cereal!

We were so full from the buffet, we did a little gambling in the casino and then headed back to the room about 6PM! We have quite a collection of cards by now. We had fun sorting them and going through them. Bernie found his Tiffany!
