Friends Part V

Denise Blume

We all need that special friend in our lives that when we are down, have a problem, and just need a hug, we seek them out. Denise is that friend for me. She doesn’t even know how many times I have come to her when distressed and even though I didn’t talk about it, I went away feeling so much better. Our encounter usually ends with those big bear hugs she gives when she wraps those arms around you and gives you a huge hug. Denise and I worked together when I was the Secretary in Rehab Service. She is an Occupational Therapist, and always a favorite with the patients because of her bubbly attitude and big smile. We were close friends when I was in Rehab and she has never really ever forgiven me for leaving Rehab. But we have remained friends and Denise doesn’t know how much she truly means to me. Gotta tell her again. I love Denise Blume and I treasure her friendship!
